What we collect
Enquiry form: the name, email, company or venue name and message you choose to send us. Concierge chat: the messages you type to our on-site assistant. Automatically: basic technical data (such as IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, only if you accept cookies, analytics about how the site is used.
Why we use it and our legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a possible quote (pre-contractual steps you requested, and our legitimate interest in answering you). To run and secure the website (legitimate interest). To measure traffic and improve the site (only with your consent, via analytics cookies).
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and the admin area working. Preference cookies remember your quiz answers to personalise what you see. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager / Yandex Metrica) load only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Google (website analytics), Yandex (website analytics), and Anthropic (the concierge chat assistant). We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's settings.
